September: First Month as an RA

I want this blog to be more about sharing pictures and advice rather than reading words after words. I am going to be sharing month by month what my bulletin boards as well as door tags looked like. I want to help motivate and inspire creativity at colleges and universities world wide.

August and September are months that are integral to create relationships and bonds with your residents. I chose to have my first board as an RA be a board about myself. I wanted to introduce myself and share things that might spark conversation or similarities.
